She is survived by: her mother Glenda Hemphill (Spaulding) of Vinita; her siblings, Larry Hemphill (Ofelia) of Elmore City and Susan Wagoner of Vinita; and her siblings' children, Jesse Hemphill (Emily) of Elmore City, Evan Wagoner of Tulsa and Rori Woody of Elmore City. She is also survived by one great-nephew and two great-nieces.
