She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Wimmer and Della Wimmer; her husband Frank Joseph Sivak; and her brother-in-law Michael John Sivak. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Sivak (Beth) of St. Petersburg and Michael J. Sivak (Joy) of Wagoner; her grandchildren, Michael Richard, Jamie Lynn, Joshua "Josh" David, Jessy and Cora; her great grandchildren, Catlin and Hayley Bollinger; and her daughters, Frankie, Jimmie and Tammie Clark.
