She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Atchley (Hagar) and John Atchley. She is survived by: her children, Randy Jacobs of Coweta, Kimberly Hall (Shannon) of Porter and Jaclyn Jacobs of Coweta; her grandchildren, Reganne, Natalie, Joshua and Jacob; her sisters, Linda Epperson (Gary) of Arkansas and Rebecca Atchley of Texas; and her friend Marie Lara. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
