She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, McKinley Ratliff and Flora Ratliff (West); her husband Freddie Youngblood; her daughter Florence Ratliff; her grandson McKinley Ben Ratliff; and her siblings, Robert Ray Ratliff of Tulsa, OK, Cleon (Karen) of Tulsa, OK, Ron Smith of Tulsa, OK and Gina Stake of Tulsa, OK. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.
