He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Cook (Tom) of LaPorte, TX and Patty McClure of Broken Arrow, OK; and his grandchildren, Richard Cook, Amanda Smith, Karla Cotteau and Marissa Gibbs. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; his nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
