We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2019, at the age of 71, Geneva Carter (Wagoner, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Underwood and Donsetta Underwood (Box); her siblings, Virginia Carter, Carolyn Kelly and Edward Underwood; and her grandson Justin Waldroop.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Carter; her children, Lee Waldroop (Laura) of Ft. Smith, Cindy Kimball (Norman) of Hulbert, Amy Gillenwater (Larry) of Muskogee and Shirl Sanders (Randy) of Okay; her stepchildren, Nancy Reiss of Tulsa, Jimmy Carter (Tammy) of Tulsa and Andy Carter of Tulsa; and her sisters, Kathy Jenkins (Larry) of Porter and Patsy Rhodes (Don) of Wagoner. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
