It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gennavee Scroggins (Wagoner, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dotson and Louella Sequoah Dotson (Henson); her husband Enos; her daughter Rosa Lee Parnell; and her sisters, Susie Scroggins and Lavada Oliver. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
