She is survived by: her husband Carl; her sons, Jacob Amann of Muskogee, OK and Daniel Amann (Amber) of Muskogee, OK; her sisters, Missy Smith (Jimmie) of Wagoner, OK, Judy Fielden of Porter, OK, Karen Hobbs of Wagoner, OK and Kelly Haley (Bob Haley) of Wagoner, OK; and her grandchildren, Maddox Lewis, Kaydence, Joselyn, Paige and Gage Amann.
