He was predeceased by: his parents, John Coy Young and Maggie Marie Young (Watkins); his siblings, Iris, Bill, Bob, Wanda, Howard, Coy Jr., Inez and Charles; and his nephew Dwayne.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Young; his daughters, Pam (Packy Ellis) and Jacque (Ron Meredith); his great grandchildren, Jarrett, Maverick, Navy, Aspen, Lakely, Everly and Lemi; his brother Jay Young; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Rogers, Thelma Lawson and Leota Lawson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and many friends.
