With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Ford (Wagoner, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 12, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles Ford, David Ford, Kay Daly and Doris Jean Ford. He is survived by: his wife Madeleine Ford; his sons, Scott Kersh and Stoney Kersh, Sr. (Diana); his grandsons, Stoney Kersh, Jr. and Dillan Kersh; his great grandchildren, Ezra Kersh, John Kersh and MaryJane Couch; his siblings, Billy Ford (Donna) and Sharon Sadler (Steven); and his sister-in-law Patti Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial.
