She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Blair and Hazel Alberta Blair (Clough); her brother Bobby; and her great grandchild Hope. She is survived by: her children, O. Darwin Tumleson (Donna) and LaDonna; her husband Dwight of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Micah, Nick, Mindy, Chelsea, Charles, Kevin, Kayla, Clint, Lance, Skylar and Zane; and her sister Betty Blair Adcock. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
