He is survived by: his wife Wanda Louise Hughart (May); and his children, Tommy Dean Hughart of Mannford, OK, Billy Gene Hughart (Christine) of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Debbie Louise Fritts (Robert) of Sand Springs, Betty Sue Stiles of Mannford, Lois Ann Ware of Maramec and Cathy Marie Arthur (James) of Mounds, Oklahoma. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
