He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Amy Cantrell of Wagoner, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jacob Cantrell and Liz Cantrell of Wagoner, Oklahoma; his nieces, Janie Cahill, Sharon Littrell, Karla Donnell and Karen Gideon; and his nephew Kenny Harrald. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
