He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Leo Myers and Juanita Mae Myers (Coffman); his great-niece Taytum Quigley; and his great-nephew Tyler Frank. He is survived by: his sister Karla (Jimmy Karcher) of Perry, OK; his daughter Lauren Richel Myers of Tulsa, OK; his sister Deanna Frank of Stillwater, OK; his nieces and nephews, Tracey (Andrea Karcher), Jaramie (Billee Karcher), Reyn (Teria Frank), Raynae (Darryl Quigley), Coy (Jeanne Frank) and Corbin (Kimberly Frank); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Ty Karcher, Kaylee, Kaycee, Ethan Karcher, Cheyenne Frank, Ashtyn, Peytyn Quigley, Brooklyn and Madison Frank.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to St. Jude, a cause which was dear to Rick's heart.
