He is survived by: his wife Louetta Hicks; his children, Jimmy Hicks of Pryor, Christina Berry of Wagoner and Tammy; his son-in-law Dale Collins of Wagoner; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley, Debbie and Pat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
