He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Innis (Pilkington) of Muskogee; his wife Martha Renae Innis (Wofford); his brother Danny Joe Innis (Tearsa) of Muskogee; his nephew Charles Andrew Innis (Jennifer) of Wichita Falls, TX; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayden Innis, James Innis, Carson Innis and Charles Timothy Innis; and his nieces and nephews, Phillip Michael Innis (Rebecca), Faith Innis, Melissa Smith of Bixby, Tiffany Smith of Checotah, Levi Smith of Tulsa and Bo Mullins of Oktaha. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
