She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Peters and Otalie Peters; her husband William Henry Cleland "Bill"; her siblings, Carolyn Jane Myers and Billie Glen Peters; and her brothers-in-law, Ray Ferguson and Kenneth Cleland.
She is survived by: her children, Cindi Cleland-Rappsilber, William H Cleland "Dub" (Robin) of Verdigris, OK and Cynthia Cleland-Rappsilber of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Matthew, Rochelle Cleland of Plano, TX, Nicholas Cleland (Eva) of Tulsa, OK, Thomas "T. J.", Leah Rappsilber of Tulsa, OK and Catelyn Rappsilber of Dallas, TX.; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jett Cleland, Bryce and Brennan Vecchio; her siblings, Barbara Renfrow, Kathryn Witten, Dennis Peters (Gale) and Kenneth Peters (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Eugene Myers (Diane), Erma Peters, Kitty Ferguson and Carol Cleland. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
