He is survived by : his children, Jonathon Smith of Warner and Crisandra Smith of Warner; his mother Ella Mae Smith of Warner; his grandchildren, Chevy Smith of Warner and RuthAnn Shanks of Warner; and his brothers, Greg Smith (Cindy) of Porum, Randy Smith (Laura) of Porum and Jeff Smith (Shannon) of Porum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
