She was predeceased by : her parents, Agnes Boatman and James Boatman; her siblings, Marie Hill, Merle Hudson, Bill, Andrew Boatman and Wilma Bias; and her husband Lloyd Wesley Franks.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Michaley and Wes; her sister Minnie Ruth Mitchell; and her daughters, Frankie Gilger (Joe) and Susan Cook (Mike). She is also survived by her mother at age 5, she along with her siblings were raised by her father, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
