He was predeceased by : his parents, Troy Duncan and Prebble Mozelle Duncan; his parents-in-law, William and Sammy Bowen; and his brother-in-law Joe Grove of Clute, Texas..

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Duncan (Grove) of Warner, Oklahoma; his sons, Troy Duncan II (Julie) of Tupelo, Mississippi, Mickey Duncan of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Spencer Duncan (Charlene) of Owasso, Oklahoma; his siblings, Sara Lawanda Mitchener (Steve) of Jones, Oklahoma and Donald Duncan (Shari) of Nixa, Missouri; his sister-in-law Charlene Taylor (Bill); his grandchildren, Justin Duncan (Lisa), Britany Vance (Chris), Tyler Duncan, Bradley Duncan, Baylee Duncan, Nikki Duncan and Chloe Duncan; and his great grandchildren, River Airmet, Charles Duncan and Ariel Vance.

In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations be made to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa.
