She was predeceased by : her parents, Dallas Brand and Opal Brand (Russell); her husband Bill J. Martin; her parents-in-law, Verlin and Selma Martin; her sisters, Margaret Brand, Frances Palmer, Mary Helen Brand, Mary Ellen Cowlin and Esther Brand; her nephew Greg Martin; and her great-nephew Thomas Gregory Martin II.

She is survived by : her daughter Debbie Fast (James) of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jamie Kirkhart (Chad) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Joey Fast (Brette) of Fort Gibson; her great grandchildren, Katie, Kenzie, Karlie Kirkhart, Zoey and Zade Fast; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Sloan (Wayne) of Gore and Mary Beth Gately (Larry) of Checotah, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers Jeannie's family has requested a memorial scholarship in Jeannie's name at Armstrong Bank for Warner Public Schools.
