He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jenkins and Lillian Jenkins (Owens); and his siblings, Bobby Jenkins and Nancy Gilreath. He is survived by: his wife Judy Jenkins; his sons, Robert Jenkins (Louisa) and Larry Jenkins; his stepchildren, Jeff Horning and Jennifer Horning; his adoptive daughters, Heather Hyatt and April Hyatt Lipscomb; his grandchildren, Genevieve Jenkins Afan, Anderson Jenkins, Madeline Horning, Christopher Coker, Brittany Lewis, Kendrick Lewis, Nicholas Horning and Charlotte Horning; his great grandchildren, Eugene Afan, Ma'Kai Walker and Noah Afan; and his sisters, Linda Ferrel and Mary Ann Kluttz.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bill Merritt Funeral Service (6201 NW 39th Expy, Bethany, OK 73008).
