He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert B. Phillips and Ada V. Phillips (Bailey); and his siblings, Robert B. Phillips, Jr. (RB) of Guthrie, Elmer Hill Phillips of Alma, Wynona L. McPherren (Phillips) of Guthrie and Naldia V. Blair (Phillips) of Guthrie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
