He is survived by: his children, Roy Edward Stephens, Ora Edith Stephens (Hanna) and Jana; his wife Lois; his son Jay Stephens (Lea Ann) of Washington; his brothers, Alex Stephens (Daisy Nell) of Cole and John Stephens (Pat) of Lubbock, TX; his sister-in-law Verna Stephens of Wasington; his grandchildren, Zach Cargill (Tarah) of Washington, Stephanie Stephens of Washington, Jacie Cochran (Cale) of Cashion, OK and Caitlyn Edwards (Jordan) of Luther; and his great grandchildren, Breelyn, Myah and Connor.
