He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Flyingout and Jennie Flyingout (Washa); his siblings, Leah, Marion, Agatha Gail, Goldie Prairie Chief, Willis Magpie, Vernon Magpie and Harry Flyingout; and his children, Denise, Nancy Ann, Forrest Jr., Alex and William.
He is survived by : his children, Goldie Flyingout of Weatherford, John Flyingout of Clinton and Jasper Flyingout of Weatherford. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
