He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca; his wife Wannah Lee Jinks; his grandchildren, Rachel Hough (Brandon) of Bartlesville, Todd Victor (Sarah) of Tabor, Laura Victor (Nick Smith) of Omaha and Robert Hanna of Broken Arrow; his great grandchildren, Emalee Hough, Annaleah Hough, Brynley Victor, Bodun Victor and Miles Victor-Smith; and his siblings, Ray Jinks, Eugene Jinks and Maxine Shope.
