He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Collins (Billy) of Farmington and Susan Murphy of Garner; his brothers, Leslie Johnson of Siloam Springs and Randy Johnson of Canehill Arkansas; and his significant other Carolyn Gardenhire of Westville.
