He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Ray Proctor and Norma Ruth Proctor (Morris); and his brother Dannie Proctor. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Lee Banta; his children, Susan Kay Christian (Tim) of Shawnee, Richard Brent Proctor (Tracy) of Wetumka, Tony Proctor of Wetumka and Jennifer Lee Lee (Jason) of Wetumka; his brother David Proctor (Judi) of Dallas, Texas; his great grandchildren, Dannie, Justin, Alex and Madison; and his grandchildren, Ashlee (Justin), Brynlee, Ethan, Sophia, Brentnie, Zulema, Jasper Jo, Macie, Clay, Carter, Ashton, Rylie, Kiah, Kade, Khloe, Logan, Jenna, Bailey (Landyn), Layla, Ryker, Anthony, Kellie, Joshua and Noah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
