He is survived by : his mother Mable Jean Loggins (Berry) of Weleetka; his wife Patricia Jo Brooks; his children, Waylon Neal (Sarah) of Weleetka, Calvin Neal (Jada Dennis) of Holdenville, Eric Posey of Texas, Dereck Posey of El Reno, Steven Neal (Amanda) of Ada, Jessica Drake (Ivan) of Weleetka and Toby Neal (Leslie) of Konawa; and his siblings, Curtis Loggins of Weleetka, Johnie Loggins (Carla) of Ada, Kevin Loggins of Weleetka and Gisela Loggins-Williams (Erek) of Wewoka. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
