She is survived by : her husband Paul Hulbutta; her children, Chris Samuels of Norman, Fabian Samuels of Wewoka, OK, Stacey Samuels of Wewoka, OK, Dion Samuels of Tecumseh and Kelly Wade (Larry) of Moore, OK; her grandchildren, Elise and Jacey Wade; her siblings, Becky Golden of Oklahoma City, Kathy Delno of Newcastle, Teola Chargualaf of San Diego, CA and Deborah Cruz of Del City, OK.; and her stepchildren, Chris Hulbutta, Veronica Hulbutta, Melissa Hulbutta, Crystal Hulbutta, Christina Hulbutta and Russell Hulbutta. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
