It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Shelton (Wilburton, Oklahoma), born in Quinton, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 24, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Zebedee and Winfred Rosetta Shelton (Carroll). He is survived by: his wife Oleta Shelton; his children, Joe Keith Shelton (Judy Ann Shelton) of Wilburton, OK, Joye Ann Hawkins (Shelton) of Calhoun, GA and Lisa Kay Reynolds (Daniel Keith Reynolds) of Wilburton, OK; his sister Mary Zink of Wilburton, OK; and his grandchildren, Brian Shelton, Michelle Gomez, Angie Mauldin (Hawkins), Justin Hawkins, Daniel Joe Reynolds and Zach Reynolds. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
