He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Rowland (Jewell) and Arthur Ray Rowland; and his former wife Betty Kay Collins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rowland (Farrell); his daughter Sheryl; his son-in-law Thomas Clawson of Wilburton, Oklahoma.; his sons, Doyal Wayne Rowland of Wilburton, Oklahoma, Anthony (Melissa Rowland) and Steve (Christle Rowland); and his brother Charley Rowland of Wilburton, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren.
