He is survived by: his sons, Vincent Small of Nevada, Steve Small of Nevada and Eddie Small of Nevada; and his siblings, Linda Ellison of Wilburton, Gary Small of Wilburton and Kenneth Small of Wilburton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
