He is survived by: his children, Steve Mills of Wilburton, Don Mills (Viola) of Red Oak, Tim Mills (Angela) of Tuskahoma, Terrie Mills of California, Shonda Carney of McAlester and Rhonda Kelly (Arie) of Norman; his sister Edna Dugger (Gary) of Houston, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Davis of Whitewright, TX, June Mills of Wilburton and Doreene Mills of Texarkana, TX. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
