He is survived by : his brother Eugene Foster (Pat) of Muskogee, OK.; his sons, Michael Allen Foster (Laura) of Austin, Texas. and Mark Foster (Kabinda) of Ft. Worth, Texas.; his grandson Matthew Foster (Holly); his great grandchild Harrison Foster of Denver, Colorado.; and his grandson Michael Andrew Foster of Washington, DC..

A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Birchman Baptist Church (9100 N Normandale St, Fort Worth, TX 76116). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Center Point Cemetery.
