She is survived by: her children, Michael Adam of Wilburton, Carl Adam of Plano, Texas, Shivaun Adam of Oklahoma City, Kathy Dominick (Don) of Stillwater and Denise Adam of Kansas City, Missouri; her siblings, Olin Fox (Jeannie) and Dorothy Jones of Gig Harbor; and her close friend Anita Hawkins of Wilburton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
