He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue; his children, Cheryl Ritzman (Greg) of Winganon, Debbie Shrum (Mark) of Winganon, Sandra Mathews (Eddy) of Pryor and Danny Hayes (Buggar); his siblings, Janet Clanton (John) of Wann, Treva Murray (David) of Broken Arrow, Joila Noblitt (Roy) of Nowata, Sue Decker of Worland, WY, John Hayes (Marla) of Bartlesville and Doyle Hayes (Jane) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Ashley Shrum, Matt Ritzman, Keri Fuller, Keith Mathews, Amanda Ford, Emily Mathews, Annie Mathews, Cheyenne Tibbs, Hugh Mathews, Kyle Hayes, Dustin Hayes and Dylan Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Halley, Jayzie, Mayce Reed, Adasyn, Tynlee, Gracyn, Dalton Hayes, Ella Walke, Lyla Mathews, Gabe, Madi, Gracie Ford, Braedy, Calvin, Dawson and Ayris Fuller.
