He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Stubbs, Sr. and Ethel Gullet (Hembree); his grandmother Edith Beck; his sister Brenda Ezell; his mother-in-law Sandra Burdine; and his brother-in-law Shawn Ray (June Stubbs).
He is survived by: his wife Kerrie Stubbs; his children, Tailon Stubbs and Erika Mogg (Brock Harmon); his siblings, Charles Clapper, Tony Rutledge, Valarie Johnson (Rich), Carol Stubbs, Sara Cramer (John) and Kay Tolston; and his grandchildren, Vaida Kay Mogg and Hembree Layne Harmon. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mooreland High School (300 N Elm St, Mooreland, OK 73852).
