He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Howard and Elizabeth Brewer Chapman (Brewer); his stepfather Thurman Chapman; and his sister Rebecca Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Howard; his son Billy Howard (Maggie) of Lowell, AR; and his grandchildren, Emma Howard of Lowell, AR, Stormy Miller of Tulsa, OK and Dustin Howard of Russellville, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
