He was predeceased by : his father Alvin Allensworth; his wife Mandy; and his close friend Shane Fuller. He is survived by : his parent Alice I. Allensworth (Young); his children, Ashlyn Allensworth of Wright City, OK, Coy Allensworth of Wright City, OK, Aidan Jacob of Wright City, OK and Haleigh Jacob of Wright City, OK; and his siblings, Stanley Allensworth (Darlene), Rick Allensworth, Adrian Allensworth and Lynn Brainard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; special friends.
