He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Burkhalter. He is survived by: his children, Zack (Brittany Burkhalter) and Mckenzi (Justin Harvey); his wife Cindy; his grandchildren, Zane Burkhalter, Ashton and Westin Harvey; his mother Mildred Love; and his brother Todd (Tina Burkhalter). He is also survived by 2 nephews, 1 niece and several great nieces and nephews.
