He is survived by: his wife Trisha; his children, Sarah, Mandy and Zach Sherman; his parents, Duane Melcher and Shirley Melcher; his mother-in-law Nancy Brooks; his sisters-in-law, Deanna Grove and Lorie Hamm (William); his brother Scott (Jayne) of Stafford; and also, Ronalee Sherman and Kevin Cambern. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dale's memory to Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care or to Samaritan Evergreen Hospice.
