With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Wilson Ponder (Albany, Oregon), born in Mendenhall, Mississippi, who passed away on June 25, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugie Ponder and Avis Ponder (Lee); and his son Jonathan Ponder. He is survived by: his wife Liz Dunham Ponder; his children, Barbara Ponder and Edward Ponder Jr.; and his former wife Elsie Maxine Ponder. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
