He is survived by: his former wife Donna Best; his siblings, Bonnie Hicks, Dan Richter and Don Richter; his children, Shelby Killebrew, Maryenna Twist (Marina) and Brandon Richter; and his grandchildren, Jacob Killebrew, Charity Richter, Carson Richter, Maycee Richter, Phillip Twist, William Twist and Lilly Twist. He is also survived by his siblings, children, grandchildren, and so many friends.
