He is survived by: his mother Sheryl Ofenham of Springfield; his grandparents, Dorothy Ofenham of Salem, Helen Mayer of Sweet Home and Dick Dolan (Carol) of Independence; his daughters, Madison Warden (Zach) of Jefferson, Laykin Smith (Paul) of West Yellowstone, MT, Bentley Watson of Creswell and Emma Watson of Eugene; his siblings, Derek Ofenham of Springfield and Kimberley of Springfield; and also Avanzo of Springfield.
