He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elizabeth Giffin (Stigall); his children, Kelly Ditch (Giffin), Ralph A Giffin and John T Giffin; and his sister Carrie Carter (Giffin). He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Ralph Edward Giffin, 82, died Thursday morning at the Oregon Veterans Home in Lebanon OR after a long struggle with Alzheimer's.
