He was predeceased by: his son Bobby Swearingen; his parents, Bob Swearingen and Miki Swearingen; and his siblings, Maurine Harding and Byron Swearingen.
He is survived by: his wife Jana Swearingen of Albany; his sister Cyndi Mimnaugh of St. Helens; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Gaynor (Cortani), Greg Hrdina, Krystal Gaynor, Ashley Harding, Nicole Ryther (Aaron), Beckett and Diesel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Jefferson Evangelical Youth Group or Boy Scout Troop 99 in Albany in care of Fisher Funeral Home, 306 Washington St. SW Albany, Oregon 97321.
