He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Albert Lewis and Mablelee Hobday Lewis. He is survived by: his sister Melinda Kimlinger. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews and seventeen grand nieces.

In lieu of flowers that contributions may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day-Saints Missionary Fund.
