It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Arthur Koch (Albany, Oregon), who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Ruprecht Koch Munsey and John Arthur Koch; his sister Connie Smith; his uncle Frederick Ruprecht; his aunts, Connie Koch Cosby, Betty Ruprecht Smith, Carline Ruprecht Bond and Helen Koch; and his stepfather Delman Munsey.
He is survived by: his aunt Beverly Ruprecht; his uncle William Cosby; his brother-in-law Jon Smith; his nieces, Carmen Kropf (Steve), Helen (Mike Jacobs) and Amanda Gregory (Ed); and his stepmother Sondra Peccia.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Eastside Christian Church Youth Group.
