She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rodgers and Avy Rodgers (Bandy); her husband Dalton Lairson; her daughter Barbara Wright; and her siblings, Bill, Laverne, Mary Ann, Jeanie and Bonnie.

She is survived by: her sons, David, Jerry, Robert and Kenneth Lairson; and her siblings, John, Oris Dean, Donna, Patsy and Katy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
